About me:

• I'm graguate from ITP program in Champlain College - St. Lambert
• I am A+  and Security+ Certified and MCP, MCSA and Microsoft Certified System Engineer for Windows Server 2003 with four (4) years experience as a Systems administrator and Technical support.
• My experience with Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Back Office, Microsoft Office software and in designing local and wide area networks has helped me to be more efficient and to assure users satisfaction.
• I learn rapidly, can work alone or in a team and have strong communication skills.
• I have experience in network administration, technical support, customer service in demanding multicultural environment - the Multinational Peace Force of South Eastern Europe (MPFSEE)
